GENERAL
1. Please use the Space and its services taking into consideration the well-being of other Space Members.
2. Pets are not allowed in Space.
3. No illegal internet usage.
4. Unless your membership allows it, you may not: use the Space as your business address or registered office; direct mail to the Space; or use our staff to collect your mail, messages or take your calls.
5. The cameras in the Space are there to guarantee better safety for you and your belongings.
6. Please always put your dishes into the dishwasher. If there are washed dishes in the dishwasher it would be kind of you to put them on the shelves or into the cupboards.
7. Any kind of smoking (including e-cigarettes and other products) is prohibited in the Space premises or in front of building entrances.
WORKING ZONE
1. It is not allowed to talk loudly in the working zone or kitchen area. Please switch your phone to silent mode and if you must answer a call in the working zone or kitchen area, do it quietly.
2. You must clear your desk when you have finished working. Please always put your chair under the table when you go home and keep your desk nice and tidy.
3. You are not allowed to reserve tables and chairs (e.g. by leaving papers, coats bags etc. on them) unless this is permitted in your membership type.
4. Don’t leave your items in places that might be inconvenient for others
5. You can't drink alcohol throughout Space.
WORKING TOOLS
1. You may bring your own equipment if necessary, but this must be agreed with the representatives of the Space by e-mail clients@fab20.eee.
2. Laser cutter, 3D printers, plotter, and many power tools are owned by RainWalker OÜ.
3.You agree not to use any tool or piece of equipment unless you are competent in its use (and have completed induction/training where necessary) or are under the direct supervision of a competent user.
4. You agree that space is a potentially dangerous environment and that you may be exposed to various risks as a result of work undertaken by you or others. Notwithstanding all reasonable attempts by Fab20/RainWalker OÜ to ensure the safety of you and others, you agree to the full extent permitted by law to assume complete responsibility for your own actions and their consequences.
5. The customer is advised to report any issues with equipment or facilities immediately to Space representatives.
6. Equipment provided by the Space or its members is for on-site use only. You will not take any of the equipment with you outside of the Space.
7. If you think some new equipment would be useful for the space you will make a suggestion to Fab20 representatives via clients@fab20.ee.
