Rules

This is a short digest of the Agreement — for quick reading, not as a replacement. If anything differs, the text of the Agreement applies.

Allowed

• Come at any time: the space runs 24/7, access within the zone of your plan
• Use any equipment of your zone; consumables within reason are included
• Coffee, tea, the kitchen, Wi-Fi — no limits
• Bring your own materials — at your own risk
• Ask for help; being sociable is optional

Not allowed

• Letting other people or animals in: the door opens only for yourself
• Using equipment without studying its page on the site; where an induction is required, not without it
• Using faulty equipment, or repairing and modifying it yourself
• Smoking in any form (including e-cigarettes) and being under the influence
• Making more noise than the work requires; the coworking room has a quiet rule
• Taking FAB20 equipment or belongings out — except gear rented under a separate contract
• Living in the premises or throwing parties
• Entering the “Team only” areas

Required

• Clean up after yourself: the workplace stays clean, dishes go into the dishwasher
• Report breakages right away: clients@fab20.ee or the form in the cabinet
• In case of fire or injury — 112 first, then tell us
• Damage is compensated by whoever caused it
